Seminar
about Pairing Wine and Food
will be held in April 17, 2007 during the Wine Culture China exhibition
at Beijing. The gourmet experts will introduce wine and the related
gourmet knowledge, and also will conduct 7 wines and Chinese and
western food paring activity during the seminar. Through this seminar,
the distributors and customers will learn the knowledge about wine and
how to pair food and wine. The wine producers and companies could show
their wines during this seminar and introduce the features of their
wines. Most of attendees are China’s importers that will spread the
knowledge and information about wine and pairing wine and food in China.
